The Middle Atlantic Conference announces its annual sportsmanship teams for the spring 2010 conference sports. These teams include a player from each conference school who has demonstrated exceptional sportsmanship through their actions on and off the field during the season. The players are selected by the players and coaches from their respective schools.

Misericordia University's Frank Redmond earned All-American status at the NCAA Division III Track & Field Championships, Saturday at Baldwin-Wallace College.

5.8.2010 | Men's Outdoor Track & Field

CHESTER (PA) – Delaware Valley College sophomore Tom Masterson won the long jump and the javelin individual title, placed in the top six in four other events and was named the Most Outstanding Field Athlete at the 2010 Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championship at Widener University. Masterson helped the Aggie men place fifth out of 11 teams at the event.

The MAC office has announced the 2010 spring scholar athletes. The MAC Awards Committee bases selection on academic record (50%) and athletic prowess (50%). One student-athlete is chosen per sport. The winner must be a senior with a minimum GPA of 3.2.

Bethlehem, PA – The DeSales University men’s track & field team had a terrific afternoon on Saturday at Lehigh University’s Goodman Games setting three school-records as they continue to prepare for the MAC Outdoor Championships in two weeks.

SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. - The men's 4x100 relay and thrower Zach Bleiler both turned in ECAC-qualifying marks to lead Lebanon Valley at the Paul Kaiser Classic at Shippensburg University on Saturday.

CHESTER, Pa. – In one of the biggest meets they have competed at this season numerous members of the Albright Track and Field recorded new personal bests, while five others qualified for the Middle Atlantic Conference championship meet in May Saturday afternoon at the Widener University Invitational.

EAST STROUDSBURG (PA) – Three school records fell on Saturday afternoon as Delaware Valley College competed at the 5th Annual All-American Invitational hosted by Division II East Stroudsburg University. Team scoring was not held at the event.

Chester, PA — On a sunny but chilly weekend in the outskirts of Philadelphia, the Messiah track and field team set many personal bests and institutional top-ten performances, as the program competed against hundreds of athletes at the Widener University Danny Curran Invitational Friday and Saturday.
