2010 Men's Basketball All-Conference Teams

The MAC Office has released the men's basketball All-Conference teams for 2010 as selected by conference coaches.
On the commonwealht side, Albright junior guard Zac Shaeffer was named the Conference Player of the Year as the 2010 All-Commonwealth basketball teams were announced. Jerald Williams of Lycoming earned Rookie of the Year honors, while William’s coach, Guy Rancourt took home Coach of the Year.
On the freedom side, DeSales senior Darnell Braswell was named the Conference Player of the Year as the 2010 All-Freedom basketball teams were announced. Alex Nelson of Eastern earned Rookie of the Year honors, while Braswell’s coach, Scott Coval earned Coach of the Year.
